COACHING ADULTS at SOUTH PARK

ADULTS:


Definition:

Beginner = Someone who has never played tennis or plays, but with no directional control.

Intermediate: = Someone who plays socially with some directional control and can hold a controlled rally of say 20 strokes.

Advanced: = Someone who plays or would like to play in their club tournament and club league teams. This player can hold a 100 stroke rally at pace.


1) Individual Lessons: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced:

Improve your singles play . Improved technique, improved tactics, improved fitness and improved mental toughness.


2) Groups, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced:

Tennis drills & workouts to suit the beginner to the advanced player.

Adult groups for just working out and improving fitness, or for improving your doubles play.

Improved technique, improved tactics, improved fitness and improved mental toughness.


3) League Teams, Clubs and Corporations:

Win the league! Our training will make you win your league.


4) Strength & Conditioning:

Depending on the level you want to play in, we will use strength and conditioning exercises to improve your physical ability. If this is not what you want, you will improve.

With that normal process of improvement, you will want strength and conditioning at a later date!


5) Injuries and Disabilities:

We coach you so as to prevent injuries. However, some Clients have joined us with inherent injuries which we have worked around and slowing improved.

We have the knowledge, experience and resources to help you work around injuries and disabilities.

If you have injuries we can help them improve.

If when you come to us you have tennis elbow, we recommend that you wait till your tennis elbow gets better before playing any tennis.

We can advise you how to best treat this.


If you have disabilities we can help you work around them.

We would try to have group tennis especially for those with disabilities as this would be more beneficial to needs of the individual.  

 











ADVERTISED FEES:


INDIVIDUAL & GROUP LESSONS

Tennis drills & workouts to suit the beginner to the advanced player.



VENUE: South Park, Fulham, London SW6.

DATES: Seven days per week.


TIMES: Monday to Friday = 9.00 am to 9.00 pm finishing at 9.00 pm, being the last booking during the summer months.


Saturdays 9.00 am to 9.00 pm finishing at 9.00 pm.

Sundays = 9.00 am to 9.00 pm finishing at 9.00 pm.


INDIVIDUAL LESSONS FEES = £55 per hour.


SHARED LESSONS ongoing throughout the year:

For 2 persons = £27.50 per player, per hour.

For 3 to 5 persons = £20 per player, per hour.

For 6 to 12 persons = £10 per player


NOTE: For shared lessons or advanced doubles training, if one person drops out, the person or persons playing will share the cost accordingly (see above).


BOOKING: Coach Greg Bamford will book the courts for all individual, shared, advance training and all group lessons.

Please email your preferred time for lessons.


CANCELLATION: We require 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. Less than that and the full fee is payable.
